approvals, and information required to complete the project promptly. Failure to do so may
result in delays or additional fees.
- Revisions: Clients are entitled to a specific number of revisions as outlined in the
contract.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount may incur extra charges.
3.
Payments
- Payment Terms: A deposit may be required to begin work on any project. The remaining balance
will be due according to the terms specified in the contract or invoice.
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest charges or a delay in service delivery.
Services
may be suspended until full payment is received.

Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All work created by Gofida Technologies remains the property of Gofida
Technologies
until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, the client will receive
ownership
of the final deliverables.
- Third-Party Content: Any third-party materials used in the project, such as images, fonts,

software, remain the property of their respective owners. It is the client's responsibility
to
ensure proper licensing of such materials.

Limitation of Liability
- No Warranties: Gofida Technologies provides services "as is" without any warranties, either
express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose.

- Termination by Client: The Client may terminate the agreement at any time with written

Any outstanding payments must be settled immediately.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Monthly Retainer or Subscription Services: You may cancel any subscription-based services by
providing a written notice 15 days in advance. The service will continue until the end of

current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the service.

Refunds

refunds will be issued once the project has commenced. In the rare case where Gofida
Technologies cancels the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be

based on the project phase completed.

goals, and as such, refunds are not applicable for campaigns that are already underway.
- Special Circumstances: Refunds may be considered case-by-case for exceptional situations,
such
as technical issues or delays caused by Gofida Technologies. All refund requests must be
submitted in writing to our support team within 7 days of the service completion.

Shipping and Exchange Policy
At Gofida Technologies, we primarily provide digital services like web
development,
digital marketing, and app development. Given the nature of our services, there is generally no
physical
shipping involved. However, we ensure the timely delivery of all digital assets and services as per
the
agreed project timeline.

Delivery of Digital Products
- Digital Deliverables: All digital products, including websites, applications, and other
digital
assets, will be delivered electronically via email, cloud storage, or through our project
management
platform.
- Timeline: The delivery timeline will be as per the milestones agreed upon during the project
initiation. Any delays caused by third-party vendors, client-side approvals, or unforeseen

- Acceptance: Upon delivery of the digital product, the client is responsible for reviewing

deliverables within 7 days. If no feedback is provided within this period, the product will
be
considered accepted.

Exchanges/Modifications
- Service Adjustments: If the delivered digital product does not meet the agreed
specifications,
Gofida Technologies will make reasonable revisions as outlined in the contract.
Post-delivery
changes outside the scope of the original agreement will be billed separately.
- Revisions: Most projects include a predefined number of revisions to ensure client
satisfaction.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed number will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
